I am Natasha – a Registered Nutritional Therapist, a devoted wife and proud mother to two amazing adults. I am passionate about using food to feel your best. 

 

My journey began at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I not only discovered a love for learning about nutrition but also experienced first-hand its impact on the body and mind. This newfound knowledge not only supported my own health but that of my family as well. 

 

Driven by these positive health results, I decided to turn my passion into a business. In 2014, I qualified and began offering nutritional therapy services to clients. 

Natasha's Journey

A few years into clinical practice I approached my children’s school with an idea: why not educate the students about nutrition? The school loved the idea and since then I have been educating 1000’s of pupils about nutrition and the connection with mental health and wellbeing. 

 

As well as schools I have expanded talks to public and private sector organisations including sports clubs, gyms, The British Army and corporates. Combining my passion for food, cooking, and knowledge I offer a unique service to clients and audiences worldwide. 

 

I am empathetic and an excellent listener, my husband often tells me this, this means that clients are heard and understood. As a family cook, I believe firmly that food should be enjoyed first and foremost and I aim to help people demystify the complexities around food and nutrition.

In my spare time, I enjoy the gym, in recent years I have found strength training has been a game changer for my mood, reduced pain, posture, physical appearance and easier movement. I am very active as I also have a young Labrador that lives for walks and in Edinburgh, we are lucky to have a few hills!  As I enter my 50’s it is ever important with my level of activity and busy, changing family life, I feed myself the right food. 

 

Through my own personal experience of being a mum I am passionate about helping families to eat better and help them find ways to overcome everyday obstacles like fussy eating, eating schedules with an ever-expanding activity timetable and finding joy at the dinner table.
