As a Registered Nutritional Therapist with ten years of experience, I've supported clients towards more energy, clarity, and better sleep. I know these struggles — my 30s were marked by a reliance on coffee and cake, which lifted my energy for half an hour until it came crashing down again. The journey into nutrition and heading towards my 40s, was my turning point, and it can be yours too.

About Me

Have you ever felt like you're doing everything right, yet you still don’t feel your best?

That was me. In my early 20s, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. While orthodox medication was essential and helped, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing I just didn’t feel brilliant.

I wasn’t alone. Did you know that 1 in 3 people struggle with low energy levels daily? Like many, I assumed it was just part of life—until I started to dig deeper.

I’d always been fascinated by herbs, aromatherapy, and homeopathy, but it was in my late 30s that curiosity pushed me further. I wanted to understand how food and lifestyle could make a real difference to how I felt. This led me to study Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy, where I earned a diploma after three years of studying nutrition, clinical practice, and hands-on learning.

What I discovered transformed my own life:

  • I became mindful of including protein in every meal—and my energy and focus soared.

  • I embraced colourful plant foods, but found simple, tasty ways to enjoy them.

  • I learned that sometimes the best solutions are the easiest ones—a high-quality supplement here, or a sprinkle of something nutritious on my morning porridge.

Before this, I thought fatigue and brain fog were just normal for me. I’d hit a wall by mid-afternoon, reaching for caffeine or sugary snacks to get through the day. Now? I rely on food that works with my body—no more energy crashes, no guilt, just steady, consistent energy.

​

But I also know how confusing nutrition advice can be. There’s so much information out there. You try something, it feels great for a while, and then… maybe not so much. Has something shifted? Are you missing key nutrients?

These are the challenges my clients come to me with. My approach is simple, practical, and grounded in common sense. I’ll help you figure out what works for you—so you can build a healthy, balanced, and delicious way of eating that lasts a lifetime.

Nutritional therapy is a holistic and evidence-based therapy that recognises the profound impact food choices have on our physical and mental well-being. It goes beyond conventional diets, embracing the idea that each person is individual and the advice focuses on the person. My focus and the whole ethos behind it is a food first approach.
