If using cooking apples you may want to peel, if using normal eating apples then no need to peel and in fact the peel contains a lot of the goodness.

20ml of water

2 tbsp. of CherryActive (optional)

2 tsp. cinnamon

4 tbsp. walnut pieces, roughly chopped (optional)

16 tbsp. of plain natural yoghurt or coconut or organic soy yoghurt

2. Add cinnamon.

3. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat to a gentle simmer, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.

4. Allow to cool then stir into yoghurt.

5. Scatter with walnuts.

Keeps well in the fridge.
